Meet our instructor

Takashi sensei

He is 23 years old and living in Tokyo now. He was born and raised in Nagoya but went to a university in Tokyo where he studied English and American Literature. He owns a popular YouTube channel, "TAKASHii from Japan," exploring what Japanese and non-Japanese people think about Japan and Japanese culture. In his free time, he loves to hang out with his friends. Now he is trying to watch more anime, such as Attack on Titan!

  • What level of Japanese do I need to start this course?

    This course is designed for learners who are familiar with at least beginner-level Japanese (roughly N5 and N4 level) with some experience speaking Japanese and above.

  • How does the course work?

    As long as you have a computer and a stable internet connection, you can take the course anywhere and anytime you want! It is a self-paced course, so as long as you finish the course before the course expiry date (three months from the date of purchase), the learning schedule is very flexible.

  • Will I be able to talk to the teachers directly? Will there be a live class?

    There will not be any live classes, however, you can ask questions on the course community as well as interact with your peers.

  • Do I have to finish the courses at a specific time?

    The course has an expiration date which is three months from the date of purchase. This 6 days course was intended to be completed in a week studying for 2 hours a day.
